Hyperlink Page Asignments
In the Index, changed several links from 'new' window display to 'use existing' in anticipation of speeding up delivery and cashing of pages. Several users with older processors coupled with current real time virus scanners have reported frustrating delays when opening index links that have several internally gathered links.
